Woodrow is a founding partner of Brown & Rodriguez Law Firm, PLLC. Woodrow was born in Mcallen, Texas and spent most of his childhood in the Rio Grande Valley. Mr. Brown moved to Monterrey, Mexico when he was 11 and lived there throughout his teenage years. Mr. Brown completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas – Pan American, then attended and graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law with a Certification in Immigration Law.

Six years prior to founding Brown & Rodriguez Law Firm, PLLC, Mr. Brown started his law practice and founded The W. Brown Law Firm, PLLC and provided legal services to hundreds of immigrants. Mr. Brown helped countless immigrants and their families with petitioning family members, obtaining legal permanent resident visas, becoming citizens, obtaining DACA protection, fighting deportations in immigration court, and fighting against immigrant detention, and fighting for their freedom. Mr. Brown also assisted domestic and foreign businesses obtaining business-based visas for their employees, future employees, management, and owners.

As a civil trial attorney, Mr. Brown also had the privilege of helping businesses and individuals with civil disputes. Mr. Brown represented businesses and private individuals with contract disputes and obtained judgements over $250,000.00. He also represented individuals in personal injury cases, such as car accident cases, where he was successful in obtaining the maximum amount of monetary compensation available for his clients.

Woodrow Brown is zealous about protecting people’s rights and ensuring his clients are not taken advantage of. His goal is to ensure that his clients know the law provides protection for them, including the undocumented immigrants, and they have a right to peruse those avenues the law provides.
